Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I'm an employee. How do I sign up?
    To sign up you must create an account. Go to the Home page, enter your employment credentials, click "Access My Benefits" and complete the form. If you need additional assistance feel free to contact customer service at customerservice@corestream.com or call (888) 935-9595.
  2. How do I log in?
    To log in you must first create an account. If you have previously created an account, then log in with your email address that you registered with and your password to access the site. If you need additional assistance feel free to contact Gateway to Benefits customer service at customerservice@corestream.com or call (888) 935-9595.
  3. What is my password?
    You would have created a password when you originally created an account. If you have forgotten your password click the "Log In" link at the top of the Home Page, and then click the "Forgot Password" below the login area, and a new password will be sent to you through the email address you registered with.
  4. How do I change my personal information?
    If your personal information is registered, choose "My Profile" from the My Tools menu after sign in. If you would like to change your personal information with a vendor or carrier you will need to contact that vendor or carrier directly.
  5. Can my friends and family use the site?
    No. Friends should not have access to this site. Your family may be able to take advantage of the discount shopping offers but some products may require the employee to be enrolled and elect coverage for eligible family members.
  6. Who do I contact if I have a question or problem with a service or plan that I signed up for?
    Gateway to Benefits does not sell products or fulfill orders – the relationship formed is directly between you and the insurance carrier or vendor. Each insurance carrier or vendor has a customer service email and phone number. You may also contact Corestream's customer service for assistance at (888) 935-9595 if you need to escalate.
  7. How do I cancel my coverage?
    If you are a participant in a program with a carrier and would like to cancel, please refer to the cancellation process below. Please allow 30 days for the cancellation to process.
    Cancellation Process by Product or Insurance Carrier:
    Aflac Accident, Critical Illness and Cancer Coverage
    Employees can cancel at any time by contacting Aflac directly at (412) 931-1000.

    Liberty Auto and Home Insurance
    To make any changes to your policies, including cancellations or changes to payment options, please contact Liberty Mutual directly at (855) 281-2148 or call a local office which you can find at www.libertymutual.com. Please reference your policy number, which can be found in your insurance policy. States have different requirements based on DOI regulations.

    LifeLock Identity Theft Protection
    Employees can cancel at any time by contacting LifeLock at (866) 917-2555 or email memberservices@excelsiorcompanies.com.

    ASPCA Pet Health Insurance
    To cancel you will need to contact ASPCA directly at (877) 343-5314.
  8. How do I receive my refund?
    If you require a refund for a product or service please contact the carrier or vendor directly to discuss details of the refund. Refunds may take between 30 to 60 days to process.

Why am I locked out of my account?

Our system automatically locks accounts when it detects unauthorized access attempts. You may unlock your account by verifying your Last Name and Employee ID.
